As we grow older, what we want and need from life changes. Our Camphill communities, alongside families and friends, have a crucial role to play in providing the right support for our loved ones as they move into later life.
We heard from Bilge Hunt and her team from The Lantern Community in Hampshire, about how they support people as they grow older. It was a chance to think about what ageing can mean for our family members, how support may evolve, and what families might find helpful to think about early on.
As always, there was also time for catching up with other members and for discussion of matters affecting our relatives and friends living in Camphill communities in the UK.
